We are the creators and producers of this software which is designed to access data sent to our cloud servers by our line of network sensors. We are an established commercial entity entrusted by many members of our industry, certified to international standards and have received numerous local and national awards related to our work in the technology sector. More information on our company can be found on our website at www.allit.info, on our Facebook page or inquired (s. contacts section below).
2) About privacy
All Information Technologies Co., Ltd. (“we” or “us” or “our”) respects the privacy of our users (“user” or “you”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our mobile application (the “Application”). Please read this Privacy Policy carefully. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THE TERMS OF THIS PRIVACY POLICY, PLEASE DO NOT ACCESS THE APPLICATION.
We reserve the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy at any time and for any reason. This mostly relates to changes in local legislation and/or service policies required by platforms such as Google Playstore. We will alert you about any changes by updating the “Last updated” date of this Privacy Policy. You are encouraged to periodically review this Privacy Policy to stay informed of updates. You will be deemed to have been made aware of, will be subject to, and will be deemed to have accepted the changes in any revised Privacy Policy by your continued use of the Application after the date such revised Privacy Policy is posted. By agreeing to the terms of this privacy policy, you also permit us to notify you about any changes via your registered email address or a message displayed in the application.
This Privacy Policy does not apply to the third-party online/mobile store from which you install the Application or make payments, including any in-game virtual items, which may also collect and use data about you. We are not responsible for any of the data collected by any such third party. Most importantly, this application is provided free of charge to owners of devices produced by ALLIT. We do not charge for download or usage of the application in any way electronic or otherwise. While you might obtain special server-centric service packages allowing access to advanced data-analysis and automation features accessible from within the application, such services are never paid via any function contained in the application and you will never have to pay for the Froggie App itself. Please report any unauthorized claims that state otherwise.
2.1) COLLECTION OF YOUR INFORMATION
We may collect information about you in a variety of ways. The information we may collect via the Application depends on the content and materials you use, and includes:
Personal Data
Demographic and other personally identifiable information (such as your name and email address) that you voluntarily give to us when choosing to participate in various activities related to the Application, such as registering a device, posting messages to our tech support, sending feedback, and responding to surveys. If you choose to share data about yourself via your profile, pages on social networks or any forum, chat / messenger service related to our service, or other interactive areas of the Application, please be advised that all data you disclose in these areas is public and your data will be accessible to anyone who accesses the Application. For example, if you chose to share an air quality alert and add a picture of the event to display on the community warning page, you agree to share this message and picture royalty free with the community without laying any claims to compensation or privacy.
Personal data is solely used to assign ownership of networked devices to you and provide technical service required to operate the backend cloud server platforms. We do not sell your personal information. Your personal information may be shared with a third party only pending your consent. The later may be necessary for example to provide on site technical assistance requested via the app. The later can be carried out by an authorized subcontractor. Another example could be your request to value added service such as an alarm notification by phone which requires the call center to have your information and the service operator to setup a service contract.
Sensor data
We share anonymized sensor data with the community of users on our platform. This includes display on public dashboards, maps and other information products. By using our free cloud service platform to collect your sensor data free of charge, you agree to share this environmental data with our community and the public at large. This concerns only sensor data of outdoor weather and enviromental monitoring stations marked by you as public and does not include any remote control, automation or monitoring functions marked or by standard defined as private. Your network devices such as sensors or weatherstations can be managed in part by the application but the later is only a front-end. Before you can use the application you have to select a free or paid service plan and agree to its specific terms of service. For more information please contact us (s. below), ask your point of sales or follow the instructions during product registration.

Please note that if you chose to view your location and map on external services such as Google Maps or Google Earth these services in turn will have their own privacy policies for which we are not responsible.
