Karrot Sensor UV Index

The KS200UV series is a fully factory calibrated IoT ultraviolet (UV) radiation sensor for outdoor environments. It uses 2.4GHz WiFi 802.11n connectivity and features a Li-Ion backup battery. Every unit comes pre-flashed with Tasmota - the leading IoT open-source software - and is ready to use with Home Assistant. As standard every unit also includes temperature, humidity and barometric pressure. 

The sensor outputs provides raw sensor data as well as UV index.

Typical applications include

  • UV index measurement for health and safety such as schools and nurseries, golf courses, construction sites
  • UV index and radiation measurements for meteorological statistics and public information

The LDS series of lightning distance sensors for an important addition to any standard weatherstation aimed at public safety. The sensor element made in Austria has been carefully integrated into an RF optimized outdoor IoT device which can detect lighting strikes and their related energies from a storm cell base up to 40km away from your location. This information is fed in real time to local and internet cloud servers and can be used to issue warning notifications via instant messaging services or trigger alarm automations such as warning lights or sirens, automatic closing of windows or garage doors etc.

High temperature pump motor for export
Our latest electromagnetic pump motor series TGE-EMP-100 is catching on in the export market as another pallet ship to overseas for integration in electronics manufacturing machinery. The trend for ultra-high stability, precision selective soldering machines continues as PCB assemblies get more complex and have special power requirements. Inductive technology allows for pumping liquid metal alloys of up to 400°C at motor operating temperatures of up to 230°C. 

The above model TGE-EMP-100 is compatible with many standard 3 phase VFD inverters and has a longer life time than impeller based systems at much higher stability.

TGE-EMP-150 series features even higher operating temperatures of up to 550°C with 3x the power per module and is available for chemical industry on order.

I am proud to announce that we have started volume production of our new high-temperature electromagnetic pump motors. This specialty motor is able to pump molten metals and liquids without any contact to the materials transported. This means that the motors moves the high-temperature liquids only by means of electromagnetic force and as such is capable of transporting corrosive hot liquids in many industrial processes such as selective soldering in the electronics industry, chemicals manufacturing or Thorium liquid molten salt reactors.

The standard model can handle liquids with a temperature of up to 350°C while the enhanced model can handle liquids of up to 750°C in continuous operation.

To accomplish these extended specifications ALLIT is making use of many years of advanced material research in high-temperature applications.
