Smart valve controllers
Our smart valve controllers form the backbone of your automated irrigation system. They can control a large variety of different valves ranging from 1/4" all the way up to 5" valves. We chose smart motor valves over solenoids for most applications due to their higher reliability and the built-in sensors that provide position information for open and closed states. Our controllers can handle up to 24 valves per controller with no limit on the number of controllers that can be combined in a system. Custom configurations are available and include combination pump & valve controllers as well as a large number of sensor options.
Manual bypass and override systems are standard.
CO2 sensors and controllers
The KS200B series is a precision IoT CO2 sensor with additional temperature and humidity measurement. It is used in a variety of applications such as
- CO2 fertilization of plants in greenhouses
- indoor air quality and air-conditioning
- wine cellars
- industrial facilities (breweries, gas storage etc.)
- geohazard warning in volcanic areas
Temperature & humidity sensors
Ambient temperature and humidity sensors are clearly one of the most important building blocks of every smart farming system. Our sensors are based on Swiss and German sensor elements equipped with special filters that prevent clogging from dust and tiny water droplets. They have been installed in countless farms and industrial locations and feature a life time of many years.
Fertigation machines
Our modular fertigation machines fully automate the dosing of liquid fertilizers in your irrigation system. They are widely used in nurseries, green houses and for special applications such as vertical farming, crop research and solutions for planting highest grade medical cannabis. They come with application profiles that let you select from a wide range of standard fertilizers and do the necessary calculations for you. Each setup can be customized, extended and fine-tuned to your specific needs. The system also controls the entire mixing process as well as alarms and maintenance notifications.
Typical setups come with 3, 5 or 6 channels for tuning NPK levels, pH buffering and micro-nutrient balancing. They also allow for programming different fertilizer ratios for the different growth stages of your crops.
