UTS Industrial Load Sequencer (ILS) Series

TGE Industrial Load SequencerUTS Industrial Load Sequencers (ILS) transform your electrical loads into IoT smart loads which can dynamically react to grid conditions. The UTS ILS system is compatible with most industry standard bus protocols yet offers a high degree of freedom to customize everything you want without having to commit to a proprietary ecosystem or single vendor solution. It not only improves your power quality and stability by avoiding unnecessary current spikes or brownouts but even makes it possible to retrofit and operate machines designed for a much larger mains feed in power constrained environments. Imagine a running a 24kW drying oven on a 15(40A) single phase meter with resistive heating elements - UTS ILS makes that possible. 

Even in situations where power is not the problem, dumb loads increase your peak power and can cause line instability even in the presence of unsupervised load controllers, overload relays and so on. 

TGE Industrial Load SequencerThe UTS ILS system enables you interact with countless sensors and peripherals outside of your machine to combine them into a well integrated electrical machine park. By being compatible with open-source platforms like Home Assistant you are free to customize machine supervision chains, dashboards, protocols and notification - all while keeping control of your local cloud without introducing third party dependencies or costly licensing schemes. The use of scripts and templates makes it possible to easily duplicate your line setups and reuse your existing proven workflows.

UTS ILS has been tested for many different applications involving resistive, capacitive and inductive loads including electrical industrial ovens, large capacitive lighting loads in indoor farming as well as pumping stations and large motors. It is uniquely capable of retrofitting existing solutions without having to replace existing machine controller by offering an input layer for PIDs, PLCs etc.

Typical standard assemblies include control cabinets with 4 to 16 load control channels but there is no limit as how many channels you can integrate into a load sequencing configuration since every controller can coordinate tasks with other controllers in the local cloud. Controllers are also inexpensive such that adding cabinets becomes affordable. 

You can choose from a wide variety of option incl. feedback & control loops for relays incl. SSRs, additional temperature sensors, protection options, meters and indicators.
