KS200B series CO2 sensor

The KS200B series is built around the Swiss Sensiron SCP30 CO2 sensor to achieve high-precision measurements at high reliability and long product life. CO2 measurements are crucial for a variety of agricultural, industrial and safety applications. They are also important for air conditioning to ensure proper ventilation for a healthy indoor climate. Similarly they are essential to monitoring proper ventilation in chicken houses and other life-stock farming situations.

The KS200B series makes no compromises to ensure stable and accurate sensor values - cheap and unreliable CO2 sensors can result in waste of expensive CO2, plant suffocation and even CO2 poisoning. Our sensor solution has been tested against many other sensors in our customers' projects - beating the competition in practically all parameters. 

There are also many applications in the field of geohazard prevention where installation near hot springs, volcanoes or hydrocarbon production sites has to be monitored 24/7. 

Another common requirement is the monitoring of wine cellars where fermentation processes can cause dangerous levels of CO2 to accumulate. The same goes for many other applications where CO2 is released in confined spaces such as waste water treatment plants, sewage canals and industrial silos. Here the combination with our KS200M series stacklight warning signals and sirens is recommended.

KS200B CO2 sensor

It comes pre-flashed with Tasmota but is also ESPHome compatible and can be linked to Home Assistant or other IoT cloud services. It can also be combined in a complete solution with our IoT CO2 solenoid valve controllers, pressure sensors and safety accessories.

Special templates are available for Home Assistant for the monitoring of indoor crops such as cannabis and crop research laboratories.
